30 Rock, at its best, is hysterical.
(I've watched a little of season 4 on UK TV now, and I'm not sure if they've fully maintained the quality, what do you think?)
This is a little favorite. I wonder who originally came up with the "Charles WhatNow??" bit. Love it.

That was very funny ... and too real, as I watched all sorts of weird excuses for why somebody couldn't be on jury duty when I did my stint recently. My favorite being: "I'm an idiot and wouldn't understand ..."
I usually only find funny the Jack and Liz bits. The other characters and their storylines usually don't interest me. I find Tracy Morgan really irritating for some reason.
