Me, I'm not using iGoogle as much as I thought I would. One reason is that I use Google as my home page in every new browser window, and I want it to load fast, so I can get to typing in an address when I want.

Like you, I use Google for my home page on the browser (Firefox) and although I have Windows 7 and love it, I don't have Windows Live either, because I like to pick my own programs to fill out the O/S.
And that's one reason I like Windows 7 - it lets us do that to a much greater extent than previous versions did.
