Subnormality comic

I've bitched before about the quality of the "art" of many web comics. Well, here's one which is nicely drawn, and sometimes funny too.

Also kudos to him for publishing the comics in a decent size. Most graphics on the web seem to assume that we all still have 15-inch monitors.

However not all of us have 30 inch monitors either.

I thought the first one there was kind of funny. The coloring's a bit weird though.

Yes. Still haven't managed to replace my daltonian 18" monitor, so I went down into the basement and unearthed the old one from the late Eighties. It's dark, doesn't support more than 1024x768, has a black rim around the image, and stretches letters that get too close to the top. But now I can read red on black again.
And thanks to the clip-on glass filter I've also unearthed, my eyes practically don't hurt after a couple of hours.

But at least I'm not back to Made in Iraq cuneiform clay tablets! ;-)
(Yep, it's a Babylonian invention, today's Iraq invented non-graphic writing.)

Still, I do have access to some modern technology. For Christmas, I bought myself (best way to receive a gift you like!) a genuine Sony™ 1Gb MP3 Walkman™ for $60. Now I can forget the gloomy darkness of the long black-out hours by listening to my fave "happy place" musics.
If I spare the battery.
"Subnormality", you said? ;-p

Back on topic. That Hitler strip? Fuckin' awesome! Chaplin would've loved it.
Is there a planned G. Dubya version? ;-)

Not only do some of us still have 15-monitors, Apple is rumoured to soon introduce a new 15-inch monitor.
