I once read an interview with Bill Gates, where the interviewer asked him about some troubles the interviewer had with Windows. With his usual arrogance, Bill Gates answered: "Maybe you're doing something wrong. Did you think about that?"
I wonder how he would react if somebody told him that when he himself rants about Windows usability. [Thanks to Bert.]

Having trouble with windows isn't very specific; it's like saying you have trouble with Czechs, or rats, or wasps. Actually defining the manifestations of the perceived problem would be a first step toward giving someone else (esp Mr Gates) sufficient information to diagnose a problem and cause. And it's Windows, not Windoze.
I stand humble and corrected.
