I have always felt that my creativity has been decaying over the years. I was once confident that I was the smartest kid around and that I was going to grow up to own a huge company. Now I just feel so lost. But I also feel like I could be a better person right now if I had gotten the opportunity to flourish.

This also relates to your post about well-rounded individuals.

After all, parents have nothing better than give children their own world...

(Compare to Carlos Castaneda, who was sorry to limit his own son.)
